Ethan threw up everything

Today we had the lunch together with daddy's Shanghai colleagues. Had the lunch at Radisson Hotel 3rd floor Chinese restaurant. Ethan didn't have stranger anxiety of meeting all the uncles and aunties. We have the oily lunch and Ethan ate a lot. He drank the watermelon juice quite a lot. In order to prevent him from asking for more, we have to drink our portion quickly. Then mummy only realized that the restaurant has mixed the watermelon with soda drinks.

After the lunch, Ethan took his nap and woke up at 5 something. Immediately he threw up and vomited everything from his mouth. He kept on telling mummy that his tummy was pain pain. Few times he vomited to release all the undigested food from his stomach. Really pity him but after he finished all the vomiting, he was active once again. Well, the Shanghai foods is really oily. Mummy can feel that all Ethan threw out is oil. Ethan at first threw up on mummy's hand.
