Child Early Education

Actually it was coincidence that mother was involved in the child early education as Ethan was born with some problem. Doctor gave some comment that Ethan might have some brain development problem which will cause he to become a slow learner. Besides this Ethan has to be monitored for 7 years. That time mother was struggling whether to quit her job and fully take care of Ethan. After a deep thought and discussed with hubby in term of financial, mummy decided to stop working. Kid is the main priority.

After that mummy had read lots of article and done some research regarding the brain damage child. Well, in order to let Ethan on the par and not left behind, mummy started to teach Ethan to read while he was still a baby. The result paid off after witnessing Ethan knew the words when he was 12 month olds. Even though that time he still cannot speak but he pointed and chose the words correctly when being asked by mother.

Well some of the parents will have comment that at the age like Ethan, they should be playing and having fun instead of teaching them to study. If the kid is normal at birth then this will not happened. Actually mummy does not really force Ethan to learn as she can see from Ethan's face that he enjoys reading and learning the words. Ethan picked up the words very fast as mummy always demonstrated the actions of the word or point to him the object of the words. Like few weeks ago mummy taught him the word "drop". Mummy drop the flashcard in front of him and let him know what was the meaning of drop. He was happy and laughed when he sawing mummy's actions and he wanted to do the action too by taking over the flashcard and dropped it few times by himself. So next time when mummy showed him the word "drop". He immediately drop this word in front of mummy. Well, really cannot look down on kid's brain.

Mummy was pleased that by teaching Ethan at younger age had helped him developed the habit of reading. Mother doesn't want Ethan to become genius by forcing him to learn and study. She just wanted to developed him as a book lover.
