Non kids friendly restaurant

In Shanghai, there are lot of restaurants that are not kids friendly. When we asked for high chair. Don't have was the answer. (Sometimes in Malaysia the hawker center also has highchair). Asked for the small spoon. The answer was we only have big spoon and no small spoon. It was so funny to hear that the restaurant doesn't have the small spoon or tea spoon. We have faced few times in restaurant during our meal. Mummy's friend even suggested to bring Ethan's spoon when eating outside. Yup, when we have meal with our friend, mummy did bring along the spoon and the plastic plate. Well, the highchair definitely cannot bring along.

No wonder the magazine for expat families "Shanghai Family" have listed down those restaurants with and without the kids menu, kid play area and those not suitable for kids.

Since daddy brought back the gift from Malaysia Sushi King for the 2009 membership given by grandpa. Nowadays, will bring it along with mummy's backpack wherever we go.
