Another place for Ethan to visit 上海民族文化村

We didn't have lunch in here because knowing that this place will treat the tourist like "水鱼"(In Cantonese pronunciation) and charged high price. We have gotten the information and comment regarding this place. They said that the food is expensive and cannot fill the stomach. We have made some tuna sandwiches for lunch. Here there was no fast foods like KFC, Pizza hut etc. We fed Ethan his milk before entering this village.

Guessed Ethan was starting to get tired as he kept on asking daddy to hold him. When he is tired he will asked people to hold him if not he would like to walk by himself. Ethan seemed like did not have much of a mood in here. However, he was excited with the two wooden dolls standing in front of one of the village. He was mostly interested in the man wooden doll as he can find that they have same common things. It was the "bird bird" lo. He kept looking at it and giggling, even tried to hold it for a while. We have visited the house of the village. Inside the house, there was the exhibition regarding the photos, clothes, stuff been using by this tribe. We didn't spend much time inside the house.

Then we walked to the open space where there was another type of building. The building was great but the hot sun shone in different direction where we cannot get the good photo front of this building. Too bad.

We didn't spend much time in the open space as we wanted to cover all the places. Ethan spot the old wooden swing in one of the village and he wanted to sit on it. We were afraid the safety of the swing as it was a bit broken. It may hold Ethan's weight alone but not two persons. We have to lure him to come down by showing that there are boats in other places.

We arrived at the one of the lake side with all the yacht docking. Actually there was a yacht club inside this place. We have been telling Ethan saying he will see the boat but then he corrected us that it was a yacht . Yup, we are wrong and he was right. He surprised us when he said 'canoe' when he saw few of it placed beside the lake. We didn't know where he learned this word from. Seeing that he can differentiate the different kind of boats.

There was some cute drawing on the wall of the small building placing around the lake

Ethan was quite tired after that as he kept on asking us to hold him throughout the remaining of this visit. We have walked to the end of the park where there was no road to walk thru and we have to walk back. Really wasting our energy to walk so far away especially we need to carry Ethan and not much things to see on the way as the management does not really well maintain this place. It was really not worth to visit this place. Ethan immediately slept in the car on the way back home. It was indeed a tiring day for him.
