Will it be too difficult for him???

Sometimes mummy will think whether would it be too difficult for Ethan to listen to the PM story book starting from level 15 instead of from level 1?

Actually when mummy first borrowed the books, mummy already started at level 17 till 20. Seeing that Ethan can concentrate on listening to it so mummy guessed that he understands the whole story book. Hopefully not a mistake. Mummy did try to borrow the lower level ones like level 7 but the story was too short and simple. Some more not much storyline, felt like you just want to begin the story but it has already ended (Only mummy's point of view)

The book "Feed the kid with the story book" had given mummy some confidence. This book did mentioned don't underestimate the listening skills of kids. Their listening skills will be ahead of reading for few years. If the kid can concentrate and listen to what you read, it means that he does understand if not surely they would have already run away instead. Guessed Ethan can listen to those book for age 7 and above but not for reading. Actually mummy did not even ask him to read the book so mummy doesn't know whether he can read or not. Mummy just doesn't want to repeat the same mistake again. So mummy's job functions is to promote and advertise the book to Ethan by reading reading and reading. Mummy doesn't want to draw a line or set target by what time Ethan needs to read by himself. Mummy just hoped that one day in near future he will automatically fall in love with the books.
