Cuti Cuti Malaysia in Pantai

Well, we did not actually went to cuti cuti Malaysia instead Ethan was admitted to the Pantai Hospital. He had contacted the early stage of HFM disease. Yesterday we already brought him to see the doctor. But today Ethan was allergic to the disease, as a result his whole face and head had swollen. We were afraid that it would affect his brain so we quickly called the doctor. Luckily daddy managed to call the doctor before her working hour was up. The doctor waited for us in emergency area.

By the time Ethan arrived at the hospital, his face was swollen like a pig's head. Really pitied him as both of his eyes were like the goldfish's eyes. His eye swollen until one side of his double eyelid had disappeared. Doctor gave him an injection in his legs to reduce the outbreak. The doctor asked whether we wanted to admit him or stay at home. Surely we chose to admit him as this was the first time we were faced with this HFM disease. We were afraid that he would still have other unexpected situation that we didn't know.

Ethan was admitted and isolated at the 3rd floor of the hospital. He fell asleep soon and he was woken up by the nurse to take the medicine. This was wrong move as he doesn't like people to disturb him while he was sleeping. He refused to take medicine and pushed away. He wailed for quite some time and he was only willing to take the medicine when his mood became better. His eyes still seems swollen but other part of the face had recovered. Mummy showed his face in the mirror and he refused to let mummy take his photo. Ha, he didn't want to have non-handsome photo.

Daddy managed to get his photo at night. However, in order to respect his privacy, we did not post the photo here. We just kept it for ourselves. He had a hard time to eat food. He refused to drink his lovely milky due to pain in the mouth. He was willing only to take the biscuit and water at dinner time.

At night he was woken up few times by the nurse again for the medicine time. He wailed and protested but the nurse pumped the medicine into his mouth anyway. He even spit a bit out.
