Chicka Chicka Boom Boom stuff

Mummy gotten to know about this "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" book from the internet. This is the book used by US kindergarten to teach the kids to learn the alphabets. Since Ethan has no problem in the recognizing the ABC so mummy just let Ethan have fun with the Chicka Chicka.

First Ethan had to write down all the alphabets from A to Z. Mummy then cut out the alphabet and let him stick on the coconut tree. He had fun and this activities had occupied some of his time in the morning. Not only he had done this, mummy also read the Chicka Chicka abc book to him, sang ABC song and colored the tree.

In the afternoon, mummy managed to find the book of " Dr. Seuss's ABC" and we read it together. Seems like today's theme was all about the ABC...

His alien people

Today mummy let me draw some people. First I need to glue all the clothes onto the paper. Then mummy asked to wait till the glue dry because I put all the mess on the paper. The glue is everywhere on the paper. I needed to wait...

After I took my bath and done some homework then I get to draw people...

Boring Morning ..

Actually it was quite bored to see Ethan's morning routine schedule. First, he wakes up and drinks milky then do some homework and feed the fishes.

Really "BORING" but what to do as daddy is working and we also not dare to bring him to public places considering the outbreak recently. So he need to stay at home...do this boring tasks.....Luckily, he loves do the homework as he automatically will do it by himself without mummy asking. Yesterday evening, mummy brought him to the garden and initially he still enjoyed walking around. After a while he cannot find things to entertain himself so he walked inside the house while mummy was busy getting rid of the weeds in the garden. Mummy did not know what he was doing in the house until mummy called him up. Only then found out that he was upstairs doing the maths homework. He finished all the 3 maths books in few hours and mummy stopped him as he still wanted to finish the last book.

Mummy felt ashamed because she does not read books to him for quite some time. Mostly because we, parents wanted to watch movie lo.....

To let him be independent....

Even though Ethan is our only kid in the house but we have no intention to pamper him. He needs to do some simple work by himself especially his own things. Recently we let him unfold and arrange his own bed on the floor before sleeping. He also need to fold them up when he wakes up.

We also taught him how to fold his blanket. He still need to practice in this area...

Luckily we have no hard time to train him as he is still very kpc in everything. Like some of the tasks already belonged to him, especially watering the flower and the plant in front of our house, feeding the fishy, wash and clean the car for us when he sees us doing that. He even washes and sweeps the floor for us....

One things not good about him is during feeding time. He knows how to feed himself but he always eat very slowly and most of the time said that he is full already whereas he isn't. So in order to let him finish his food we have to feed him. If the food is ice cream or yogurt then he will automatically finishes it without needing any of our help...

Ethan first pet...

We used to have a small aquarium in the house before Ethan was born. We decided to let go when mummy was pregnant as mummy didn't want to change the water every few weeks. We did try to rear the fishes back when we finished our house's renovation but not successful. The fishes cannot last more than 3 days.

After we were back from Shanghai, mummy did have idea to rear the fishy back but no time to take any actions. Finally today, we caught few guppies from grandparents' house. We wanted Ethan to take care of them.

We have set and put a big pot at the corner of the garden. Ethan was eagerly wanted to put all the fishy into the big pot.

Waiting for his parents to fill the water and finally he gets the honor to pour the fishes in.

To our surprise, we found that there was two baby guppies inside. It should be the mummy fish delivered them on our way back from grandpa's place. If the fishy can survive then mummy will catch the mummy fish apart to let Ethan witness with his own eye, how the mummy guppy delivers a baby... Surely this will excite him. Let's see...

Same smile

People said Ethan looks like mummy. From this photo, they looked alike with the same kind of smile....

Bubble in the air

Ethan always get to play and run in the big compound with his cousin when we are back in Kedah. Today, Ethan got to play and chased bubble with cousin. While the kids were playing, the adults were busy taking photos. One things to say is that it is very difficult to do so. By the time you finished adjusting the lens then the kids would have already ran away.

Mummy used the sports mode to continuously shoot all the actions but the outcome was not ready good. Bad technique lo... But at least can capture Ethan having fun with the bubble...

Chili on the ground

Remembered back few weeks ago, mummy let Ethan plant the seeds into this little pot and today we moved it into the big pot. When Ethan first spotted the sprouting of this plant, he was so excited. He informed mummy that "It grows". It really grew few weeks back but only that mummy didn't help to transplant it until today.

Now mummy already transplanted it, the remaining task will be left for Ethan to do. Mummy told him that this plant belongs to him, he needs to take good care of it. He is the owner of this chili plant. Let us see whether the plant can bear chili or not.

Daddy commented on the photo that mummy shot, asking why Ethan always wearing this same kind of clothes. What to do, we are at home surely we wear the casual clothes and not the elegant one..

Cheecky boy with Chicks..

Today mummy let him do the art with the chicken. Mummy had to demonstrate to him how to combine all the material together. We started with the little chick. Mummy started and drew an eye and asked Ethan to follow and finish the rest of the two chicks.

After finished the chicks and now is mama's chicken. Asked him to glue all the chicks on mama's chicken body and we started to demonstrate mama's chicken. Mummy drew an eye for Ethan then asked Ethan to draw another eye on mama's chicken. In the end the chicken's eye is not the same pattern. What to do...

Finished and wrote some words on it then stick on the wall ....
