On and off the school will distribute to the parents the scholastic newsletter and order form, asking whether parents wanted to buy the books for their kids or not. Seeing that in USD is very cheap but not for Rmb. Some books the price shown only few dollars in USD but the order form in Rmb is extremely expensive where maybe you need to pay for RMB80 for few dollar book in USD. Mummy admitted that is "kedukut" nature of mummy but cannot expect mummy to buy all the books for Ethan. So one way out to borrow from library can save a lump sum of money. Besides saving the cost, it also a force to push mummy to spend some time per day to read the books together with Ethan. Glad to see that Ethan also enjoy reading the books with mummy.
Since mummy started to borrow the books from the library, mummy tried to find those books under the scholastic for Ethan. Normally the books will print "scholastic" either in front or behind the books. Mummy liked the library in the school even though it is not so big but is more than enough for the kids like Ethan. Guessed should be more than 1000 books in the library. Malaysia kindergarten surely will not have this kind of facilities. Money really made the difference, here need to pay lot of school fee compared to in Malaysia.
