We didn't opt for long distance travel because daddy will be traveling for business trip in early tomorrow morning. We had chosen to get the morning fresh air at the forest park in the North side of Shanghai. We need to pay RMB15 per person to enter this park and we chose the east gate because we wanted to cover the Bamboo Garden. Unfortunately it was under renovation. Sometimes, mummy felt like it is unfair to pay the full price with some of the places under renovation. The park should reduce the entrance fee or give another 50% off price for the next visit or what. Furthermore this was not the first time we faced it. Why said like that is because last time when daddy's friends visited the Taipei Imperial Palace and since it was under renovation so they have been given free tickets for the next visit valid within 1 year.
The park was famous for those team building facilities. You can BBQ, play the Paintball, camping and other activities here. It also have the chalets to rent out to people who wanted to stay over night. We knew that we came at the right season as you can see that most of the tree had turned their color to be yellow, red or orange. It was really beautiful to view and give one the sense of autumn. Since this park is a forest, there were lots of different type of the trees and the air in here is really fresh. Lots of trees mean lot of shade areas and it was also really cool here.
When we walked towards the Huang Pu Jiang view from this park, we need to cross this small lake with beautiful scenery. The yellowish tree reflection in the lake had made it felt like you are in heaven. We had seen few people fishing in this lake.
We nearly walked to end of the park before getting a view of the Huang Pu Jiang. The view here was so nice as we seen few couples taken their wedding photos in this park. The bride was really "brave" since she was wearing the sleeveless wedding dress and put on the different posts in front of the camera. Really "爱美不要命" as we wore few layers of clothes and still feel the coldness.

The park has the open field for people to fly kite. Ethan stood there to see people flying their kites. He even counted the kites in the sky. One of the kites while flying made some noise like the sound of an engine.
The waterfall was not functioning and maybe not the raining sessionWe arrived at the place full of the maple tree. All the leave had already fallen to the ground and it was so nice to watch the whole floor filled with yellow color. We had taken few photos here and Ethan was playing with the dry leaves by throwing them up in the sky. He did not really wanted to leave this place.
Common criteria of the Shanghai parks was the exercise machines placed inside the park. Ethan was so excited when he seen them. He quickly ran to the place and tried the machines.
Before we walked out from the South North gate, here there was another forest attraction. The trees looked fake inside the photos, seems like those photos we took inside the photo studio with the picture behind. We have seen a couple kissing inside this forest, actually we have seen few times in the shanghai parks. Seems like people here also very open minded and made the place felt like France where you can see people kissing everywhere.
