Finally "The Bund" for Ethan

We always delay our trip to the Bund. Most of the people who came to Shanghai surely will not miss out this place but not us, we kept on delaying. We didn't want to come to this place mainly because of the haze and construction here. However, seeing that there was no other activities today so we took a short trip to be here.

So bad timing as the park nearby the Bund started undergoing renovation. So we straight walked up the staircases to begin our journey along the scenic stretch of the Bund. Ethan, the cheeky boy didn't want to walk and he kept on asking his daddy to hold him. As we expected the scenery was blurred with haze but still lots of people came to this place. We just walked and on and off took photos. Along the road it was under construction so it was blocked out from people taking the photo with those old buildings. Our first thought was that those old buildings just like those we have seen on the Penang Banking street.

The garden near the Bund was closed for renovation

There was a lot of instant photo taking stalls placed along the Bund and also store selling tickets for attraction tourist places. We didn't take the ride on the boat for sight-seeing of the Bund. We just hang around there and took some photos.
