Koroke 可樂餅 Craze

Yup, we have bought it twice for Ethan to eat. He loves it and now mummy wants to try to do by herself. Buying outside it is more expensive and not healthy because of the oil being used.

This is the favorite food for the kids in Japan and dish mother cooks. Since daddy had bought few bentou molding back from Taiwan, mummy can use it to mold different shapes of koroke.
