Dragon Boat Festival Replacement Holiday

We went for a swim early in the morning. As usual Ethan was still scared of the water. Daddy accompanied him in the kiddy pool. On our way back, Ethan was attracted by another playground near the club house.

Since today was a replacement holiday, we didn't have the driver. So we just taken the shuttle bus and went to Carrefour JinQiao to buy some stuffs. Besides this, inside the Pine supermarket, we also found that Children Education DVD is quite cheap. Brainy Baby is only RMB20 per piece which in US it sells for USD17.99. Baby Einstein DVD is priced only RMB35per piece. Daddy said that we make this as benchmark and look around other shops to check out whether the price will be less or not. This week mummy considers to ask the driver to bring us to the bookshop. Heard from my friends saying that the books here are cheap. Like Dr Suesse and Bob the dog story book only sell for RMB10+. Of course the book is bilingual in English and Chinese. If the books are cheap, guessed mummy doesn't mind whether it has Chinese language inside. Can learn both languages inside one books is pretty cool.

We had our lunch at a Japanese restaurant in JinQiao called RIYO. We ordered the set lunch, it cost us RMB50 per set(MYR25). Besides this it also offer free coffee and ice cream. Compared to Malaysia Japanese restaurant, this one is considered cheap. One good thing about it was that the serving is not artist impression. The real set was actually same as shown in the menu, not like some restaurants in Malaysia.

Ethan was very tired and slept while standing inside the supermarket stroller. However, we could not go back because the shuttle bus has not yet arrive and furthermore outside was raining... We have to wait for the 2.10pm bus as we just miss the 1.10pm one.
