First Day in Shanghai

Ethan wanted to see the airplane from the window. However our flight from Singapore to Shanghai, our seats were in the middle. So before departure, he said to his mummy that were no airplanes. Even though he was very tired and sleepy but he insisted wanted to see the airplane . But because we were in the middle seats at last he gave up and slept peacefully in mummy's arm before departure. We put the seat down and laid Ethan down just like adult position with half seat position. But seems like Ethan did not really felt comfortable with this position as he has never sat in the car seat and slept before. So mummy had to adjust him a few times and at last mummy was also too tired and fell asleep. When the flight attendant woke up mummy for breakfast then mummy only realized that Ethan adjusted himself to sleep like the way he usually sleeps at home on his bed - face down . Luckily we took the business class if not where got so big chair to fit Ethan to sleep.

Since he slept quite late (nearly 2am) in the middle of the night, mummy just let him sleep till the plane wanted to land. We just skipped his kid's breakfast as the air crew kept on asking whether we wanted to let him have it or not. Before landing, we have to wake him up but he cried a bit.

We have smoothly passed through the immigration officer as we were carrying Ethan. We have privilege and did not need to queue up. Our agent picked us up promptly and drove us to our apartment.

Today because Ethan slept quite long hours during his nap time, so daddy had to follow the agent without mummy. Daddy managed to open the bank a/c, chose the mini van and go to sales office to pick up the documents for VISA. Daddy had to pack some foods outside for mummy at lunch time. Late afternoon when Ethan was wake up, we brought him to Yew Chung International School to register. Ethan was busy playing some toy placing in the registration office while daddy busy filling up the form.

At night we went to Carrefour to buy some daily stuffs. We had slept early that day. Very tiring day.....
