Recent routine

Ever since we let him walk on the trade mill, he wants to exercise on this machine everyday. If his wakes up late after his nap time, he will insist wanting to have it even though it is already 8 something at night. We know that he will not give up and will do it even after his bath. We let him walk on the machine about 10 to 15 min before we bathe him.

We did not restrict him from doing this. Mainly because it is an exercise for him since he is not really good in physical movement. We hoped that with this he will improve in his physical strength.
