Yesterday was National Day

Yesterday Daddy and mummy brought Ethan back to Kedah. Grandma was cooking cuttlefish mee hoon for us. This is because we didn't eat this kind mee for quite some time already. We didn't let Ethan eat as this mee is spicy so he need to wait until he becomes older. However, we did let Ethan get his first time taste of Durian. He liked it so much. Daddy was worried that it is too heaty for Ethan, therefore did not dare to let him take too much.

Durian eating boy, Ethan. Finger licking good!

Apart from eating durian, Ethan also exceptionally likes chocolate. He is used to eat the milk chocolate that daddy bought previously from Switzerland. He even knows how to take off the chocolate paper wrapping and then put it in his mouth. Mummy had captured a video of Ethan unwrapping a chocolate and eating it.

Ethan had a lot of fun there as he can meet the dog from the neighborhood, met "yiyi and yichang" and also walk and run around grandpa's house big garden. Mummy had captured a lot of photos of Ethan running in the garden while kicking the ball. Mummy was so happy as he can pick up his milestone quite fast. Although he only know how to walk independently at 17 and half month old. It was quite a bit of worries as he have no intention to learn to walk after his one old year old birthday. We even have to buy the learning walker toy to encourage him to walk. Now mummy is worried that he still cannot talk as he only can talk " tak ni " this word. Other time he just babbling around although he talks like very excited but nobody understand what he is talking.

I want to go out for a ride in Grandpa's car, please... neh!

We tried to teach Ethan a few things when we are in grandpa's house like we asked he to cross the "longkang" (drain) by himself instead of holding our hand. He takes off his shoes and also the sandal. Besides that he also done other exercises like walk under the ladder , crawling over the tire of bicycle.

Playing with ball.
Ethan thought that the lamp pole is a basketball net, thus the NBA stance. (pic on left)

Playing with the bicycle wheel tire like a hula hoop.

Jumping through the loop! Like going through a "StarGate"??

More hula hoop? Trying hard to lift the loop.... I can do it!

Crossing under the ladder. London bridge is falling down.

Crossing the drain

Taking off shoes

We also continued his potty training but still have a few times failure due to the fact that he drank too much water until the timing is out. He pee 15min apart from the last one and some is because he play in outside the garden then we forgotten the timing so he pee on the grass.
