He's only average

One day we brought Ethan to the playground and he has been playing with one of the kids there. The kid's grandma was asking us how old is Ethan? We said 4 years old. She asked whether Ethan is older or younger compared to her grandchild as they are of the same year. Well, we said Ethan is a kid of November month and her one is August month. Then she said her grandchild is a bit shorter. She asked Ethan to compare with his grandchild and Ethan a bit taller than him.

Actually to us, Ethan is only average amongst the kids. Last time when he was in Shanghai, he was the second shortest in his class. But when he is back in Malaysia, we can see he grown in height very fast. He has grown about 7cm or 8cm in just two or three months. Our conclusions was Malaysian food is more nutritious and fresh. Mummy had let him eat a lot of fish. Another point should be the shoe. In Shanghai, he always wear the shoe which covers the whole foot and he seldom gets to walk barefoot. In Malaysia, he wears sandal when going outside and barefoot in the house. We guessed this was the main causes. Our main problem is that he cannot put on weight and he is so slim.
