Ethan's recent topic is swimming with his classmate. He had mentioned few times that he will be swimming with his friends. Yup, this Friday Ethan's class will hold a Splash Fun and year end picnic. Whenever the school has these kind of activities, parents would be the busy one. This round the teacher will bring the kid to the pool for a swim. Parents have to participate. The ratio is 1:1.

Parents also need to provide the snack after swimming event. The class will have the picnic at the central garden.

Distribute the toy

Mummy had started to pack and arrange some of Ethan's stuffs. Realized that Ethan has lots of Singapore airline toys. Ethan has 5 blue "Hai Bao" like toys so mummy plans not to bring back Malaysia since we also have this toy in Malaysia. One way to get rid of it is to give away to people.

This morning when sending Ethan to school, mummy had given one of this toys to Ethan's teacher knowing that she has a daughter. Another one mummy plans to give to Ethan's Malaysian classmate but mummy does not dare to give her inside the classroom. Mainly because mummy does not have enough toy to provide to all of the kids inside the classroom. So hope that when meeting her mother alone will give to the mother. Since mummy didn't meet her mother so mummy had given to our driver knowing that he also has a daughter.

Terminator

Tonight we have ordered pizza home delivery. To our surprise, we get to have a lot of "Terminator" by product like fridge magnet, discount RMB10 ticket movie etc.

Children's Carnival @ Season Villas

It was quite some time that our management did not hold any function inside our community, finally today we have it. We actually knew it when we passed by the center garden as this round the management did not put on the notice at our building but we found it inside our postbox after the function.

In the morning, daddy brought Ethan to cycling inside our community. This little fellow refused to go back home after he spotted the function has begun. Ended up daddy had to call up mother and we met at center garden. Mother had to bring his short pants for him as he was still wearing his pajamas.

The sun shone down and we can feel the heat, it was already summer time. This round our management had prepared a lot of games for the kids and the buffet for the whole family. Ethan gets to play the treasure game and the lucky draw. At first he needs to complete getting the 7 stamp at different spots. The management have provided us the map and we told Ethan where was the place to get the stamp. He cycled to the spot and after he finished he needed to hand over to the starting point. Ethan gotten to choose a Disney clock as a gift. We chose the Mickey mouse one but after we went back home we realized that we gotten Donald Duck instead.

Get to eat a lot of junk food

After we hanged around, it was time for the buffet lunch. The management have prepared so much food for the residence. Besides the food, there was a band there to entertain us while we were having our lunch.

There was one small kid wearing the glasses as he just finished his eye operation. Ethan saw it and he grabbed his mother's glasses and wore it. We asked him to take off as we don't want to spoil his eyes but he refused. We have to use hard and soft way and at last mother gotten back her glasses. It was hot and Ethan did not really ate much so we gave him the watermelon.

After the lunch, Ethan went to the stall with brain game. The lady there was so stupid, asking Ethan to answer spelling the 6 words before he entitled to the gift. How can Ethan spell at the age of 3. In the end, Ethan did not get the present from this stall because he did not answer any questions. Actually the gift is same as the lucky draw stall which was Disney clock. After that he went to the bouncy castle to play. He really had lots of fun but his parent was suffering standing under the hot sun.

He played with the slide and sand then we wanted to bring him home. On our way home, we walked through the popcorn stall and the candy fluff. We saw people asking the sifu to make the sugar animal. We also wanted it for Ethan .

Lined up to wait for his turn

We had asked the Sifu to made a "chicken" for Ethan since he was born in the chicken year. Ethan was patiently waiting for the Sifu to make the chicken for him. Finally he got it and we asked him to eat it. He tasted a bit and he didn't like it.

This will be the last function we get to join before we head back to Malaysia. Today was full of memory for us and Ethan. We did not wait for the announcement of who was the winner of the lucky draw at 2.00pm because we felt like it was too tired for Ethan. Some more he did not take his bath yet.

Home activities

Home activities again. This round mummy still uses the recycle paper. This morning Ethan managed to finish 3 arts and few number of worksheets.

The first art is the tree. Ethan needs to glue the leave on the tree. Mummy didn't expect that Ethan is so creative because mummy only want him to glue all the leaves on the tree. However, he said that he wanted to make the falling leave from the tree. In the end his master piece was not only having the leave on the tree but he also glued some of the leave falling from the tree.

The second art is decorating the chef's hat. At first Ethan just glued a few. He told his mummy he has finished when he saw mummy drawing the peacock for him. He eagerly wanted to decorate the peacock.

At last he gets to decorate the peacock. He has the same idea as the tree that he wanted to decorate falling down peacock feather. But at last, he pulled all the color paper he glued and glued it inside the peacock tail...

Knowing that he was bored with the arts so mummy switched his activity to the number. This time mummy simply written some number on the paper and asked him to fill the blank. He loved it and requested his mummy to write a few for him to fill in.

Those activities have filled up his morning session but also burned out mummy's time as he wanted mummy the accompany him while he was doing the activities. Hoped that one day he can do all this things without mummy.

Home painting

He requested mummy to wear the painting clothes for him when mummy let him draw because initially mummy didn't wear it for him. Up until today we still don't know what he painted. But one thing for sure is that every time he started with drawing on the paper, it would end up playing mixing all the color together then left the mess for his mummy.....
