Yesterday we let Ethan played with his alphabets when we were having our dinner. We wanted to keep him busy. Then when he picked up the alphabet "C" he told us C for cat. Then daddy tested him whether he knows other alphabets so we just simply pick one and asked. So surprise we were, he managed to say some of the words for that particular alphabet.
Like A for appleB for ball
C for cat
D for dog
R for rabbit
U for umbrella
Z for zebra
I for ice cream
H for hat
M for mama
G for giraffe
J for jelly
K for kite
We were amused by Ethan because we never teach him A for apple. We are curious where he had gotten this knowledge. Then mummy thought that it might be the "Brainy Baby" he was watching as the video teaches how to pronounce the alphabet and some phonics. Even the alphabets of capital and small letters, mummy also didn't teach him. He just learn them naturally. So recently if you let him see the words start from capital and small letter he also can pronounce them correctly.
This morning when mummy wanted to get rid of the weed in the garden, Ethan was restless and asked mummy to go inside the house. So in order to keep him busy mummy just ask A for .... So funny things was when mummy asked N for .... The answer given to mummy was "NAKED" . Mummy laughed non stop because how he gets the idea that naked starts from N. Mummy had never shown him the word before. Only recently we always said he was "Naked boy, shame shame" when he ran inside our room after bath.
