Pizza Little Chef

Seems like everyday Ethan gets to do one of the art after his nap time. This round mummy let him makes "Pizza".

This round mummy made a short sentence and asked him to fill in the blank. Of course mummy told him the answer as well eventually...

School holiday is around the corner

There will be school holiday beginning from 24 Aug. It means that after this week there will one week holiday. Holiday mean that Ethan needs to stay at home so mummy will be the one busiest as need to fill up his free time. Mummy doesn't want him to watch the TV and idle during the holiday.

Starting from today mummy needs to plan and prepare some of activities for him..

Paper roll elephant

Seeing that Ethan had finished the little rocket and that outside was raining, it meant no more outdoor activities for him. So mummy let him do the paper roll elephant. The elephant has been printed for quite some time but no time for him to do especially when he started his schooling. Finally he gets to do it today.

Using the glue to glue the elephant's body on the toilet roll. Followed by tummy, the face, hand , legs and tail. Not forgetting that this elephant is holding the peanut..

He managed to finished it and requested to write the name. Mummy asked him to try to write the name instead of mummy writing the dot line for him to trace. Mummy purposely went to pick one of the book with the elephant and asked him to follow the book and write on the paper. Well, he put a lot of space between the two alphabet so his got a "Looong" till the paper not enough space for him... Of course cannot be used so this art we didn't stick on the wall...

Little rocket...

Guessed Ethan slowly picked up his homework as recently he can finish the homework before the nap time. So it means that there is a need for mummy to think about what activities to occupy his free time. Searching through internet and gotten some ideas of the art work is mummy's priority.

Today Ethan gets to do his little rocket. First need to cut out the rocket shape and let him decorate his rocket.

Ethan has a habit to use all the material prepared for him... He stuck all the color paper on the rocket even though the space was not really enough. So some of the color papers have been overlapped...

Ta..daa... Finished decorating the rocket so need to stick it on the paper roll and not forgetting to name it.

Itsy Bitsy Spider

When daddy picked down one of these things from the red palm tree and thrown its on the ground, the first thing that Ethan said was " Wa, Spider". For us, we only treated it as the flower of the palm tree and the seeds and we didn't think it was a spider. Looks like he has his own imagination and creativity in his mind...

This round is...

Ethan has been playing with the play dough for several days. Every time he finished the homework or the art work he will go and take out the play dough. He will sit on the chair and entertain himself by his own imagination and creativity. Continuously for two days, he made the noodle so for this round, mummy thought that he still makes the noddle.

But "NOT" for this round. He took out his masterpiece and gave to his mother. Mummy asked him what is it, he said that he made a "Cookie". He wanted to trick his mummy with the cookie. Asking him what is the yellow spots inside his cookie, he claimed that he put the cheese inside the cookie. He even cut the cookie into the small pieces so that his mother can eat it. Yup, mummy has to pretend to play with his by eating his cookie....

Jellyfish or Octopus

Another art for Ethan. This round mummy let him make the Octopus. Mummy already cut the 8 legs for him and his task was to glue and attached them to the body.

Ethan put on the glue and stuck on the legs

After finishing need to draw the eyes and the mouth

My mummy said that she wanted to let me make an Octopus. However, after I have finished it, she said that it looked more like the jellyfish instead of "Ooootopus". Asked me to write the word jellyfish instead. Emm Confused me. Mummy has to apologize to Ethan..

Well, initial plan was to make the "Octopus" but the outcome seems like the thing looked like the jellyfish instead of Octopus. Guessed the cuttings was a bit of out of shape.... Never mind, as long as we accomplished something.
